CLIP Files Letter Opposing Freeze in FCC Special Access Proceeding
Today the Communications Liberty and Innovation Project filed an ex parte letter in the Federal Communication Commission’s special access proceeding, WC Docket No. 05-25, opposing the FCC’s adoption of an order freezing pricing flexibility in competitive markets. Washington, D.C., June 20, 2012 – Today the U.S. House Energy and Commerce Committee adopted H. Con. Res. 127, a resolution expressing the sense of Congress that the United States promote a global Internet-free from government control.
